Clubhouse

Your Clubhouse is located in a restored Heritage Farmhouse that offers owners the chance to swim in the private indoor salt-water pool, go for a workout in the spacious exercise room and the ability to offer out of town guests the luxury of their own quarters within the community.

Summerside Village is only a short walk to Country Grocer, locals’ favourite for food, pharmaceutical needs, a liquor store and so much more. Friendly service is in abundance as you start to feel the community warmth and see the friendly, smiling faces that become part of your daily routine.

Ganges

Only a few minutes away is the vibrant village of Ganges. Known world round for its variety of fabulous restaurants, boutique shops, banks, art galleries, bookstores, home décor, coffee shops, and Marinas where you can walk along the docks and enjoy the boats up close. If you’re lucky, you may see the seaplanes landing or taking off on the water, bringing people to and from the Island usually in under 30 minutes.

The famous “Salt Spring Farmer’s Market” is located downtown Ganges where you’ll find anything from jewellery, clothing, art, food and even Salt Springs very own ice-cream. Big crowds fill this area as they are introduced to new, locally sourced products never found anywhere else.

Explore

If you don’t feel like shopping, visit a winery and taste the incredible wines and food this Island has to offer. Salt Spring Cheese is another option where you will see how goat cheese is created, where you can taste the cheese and take a few favourites home. Sitting in their outdoor café and eating a pizza can be very reminiscent of time spent in Europe.

Need exercise? Walk the many hiking trails, see the beautiful lakes and take in the expanding views from the local parks. Play a round of golf, tennis or join a sporting team. Another favourite is fishing on the many lakes. The tranquility and calm being on the water makes this sport a local and visitors favourite.
